Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused periods are not provided unless required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Existing users will always be notified ahead of any price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use My Green Comms to:

• violate laws or regulations,

• generate harmful, defamatory or misleading content,

• produce or amplify greenwashing claims,

• impersonate others,

• interfere with the functionality of the tool,

• attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

6. AI Output & Accuracy

My Green Comms generates content using artificial intelligence.

6.1 No Guarantees of Accuracy

While we design the tool to minimise errors and avoid over-claiming, AI-generated text may occasionally contain:

• inaccuracies,

• incomplete information,

• suggestions that require judgment and verification.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing or using it externally.

6.2 No Liability for Outputs

We are not liable for losses, damages or claims resulting from your reliance on AI outputs, including any regulatory or reputational impacts.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input into the tool.

You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train external AI models.

Stripe, Wix, OpenAI, Google or other partners may provide parts of the service.

 

We are not responsible for their actions or policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

• Total liability for any claim relating to your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months (or zero if using the Free plan).

 

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

 

12. Termination

You may stop using My Green Comms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

 

Upon termination:

• your access to the tool will end,

• your subscription will stop at the end of the billing period,

• your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by local law.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
